How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data — and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Diajem Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency registered in England & Wales. Our corporate headquarters is in London, UK, with a further office in Leeds, UK and an office in New York, USA. For any privacy-related enquiry you can contact us at hello@diajemdigital.com.
For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, Diajem Digital is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to run our business:
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16, and we do not collect special category data (such as health, religion or biometric data) through this website.
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent necessary:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client — in which case we retain records for 7 years after the end of our engagement to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 applies to you, you have equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@diajemdigital.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK at ico.org.uk, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) in Nigeria.
This website is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. We apply access controls, use reputable processors, and keep the number of people who can access enquiry data to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you where required.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
